Even with all of the bad things that are tied to smoking it is just plain hard to quit once you are totally addicted to smoking. So is it really possible to wiggle out of the stranglehold that smoking can put on a person? There are some people that have just plain decided to quit and done just that, quit cold turkey. Is it out pure addiction or is there something that appears to trigger your need to smoke. Then you need to go even further and write a pro and con list of you smoking. You need to be completely honest with yourself while doing this as this really comes down to life and death. You could quite smoking and become healthy and live longer or keep smoking and keep one foot in the grave.

You need to begin putting it into your subconscious that if you continue to smoke then you are going to be killing yourself slowly as well as all of those around you when you are smoking. Your mind is going to begin to slowly become aware of the fact that smoking is horribly wrong for you. It is also extremely bad for your family and you friends and frankly anyone that you come into contact with when you are smoking. Your mind will begin to become aware of the fact that it needs to help you stop smoking and stop smoking soon.

Some great suggest would be to pop in a piece of hard candy, talk to a friend, right a letter or taking up some kind of hobby. It will likely take some time for these auto suggestions to take effect but after time if it will start to work.

It would be good for us to realize that everything happens for a reason and with Gods knowledge. It would do us much good to accept that friendships and unions,just like life,are never constant nor permanent. We should learn to let go off the past and what has come to an end. We should also turn our hearts and eyes and turn them forward to see,explore and enjoy new possibilities and frienships.You never know! Hot Styles and Trends for Winter

Rock Chick - This trend builds on the many big shoulder looks being shown this year. Try combining a jacket with big, pointed, shaped shoulders with slim pants and a tunic; whenever possible, opt for leather, metallic fabrics, and lots of grey and black shades. If you can work in a studded hip slung belt it will really make the outfit catch everyone's eye!
Classic - Although the word is overused, classic styles are always elegent and in fashion. Wear knee-length skirts which are slightly tapered with a white shirt or ruffled blouse in a strong colour for maximum effect. Curvey is really ''in'' this year so look for combinations that define your waistline. To finish the look add a trench-style coat or military jacket for that stylised and polished look.
Cool Urban - A great style for casual evenings or for the carrer women who dont have to wear power suits into the office every day. Try teaming up skinny jeans or leggings with sexy little ankle boots and a checked shirt, or knitted dress for a great look. A long jacket in soft, swinging fabrics completes this look, creating an effect that makes your legs look longer and your overall silhouette look cutting-edge and fantastic.

Make Your Own Vision Board In 5 Simple Steps
There are times when you don’t exactly know why you are drawn to the picture of a house and then two months later, you realize that you’re living in it! Indeed, vision boards can be quite powerful. If you want to know how to make your own vision board, read on!
Step 1: Focus on what you want.
First of all, you have to be clear about what you’re creating your vision board for. Do you want something specific like a new house or a new car? Or do you want to improve your career in general?
By focusing on your intent, you will be able to send out a better message to yourself and the universe as well.
Step 2: Get your materials ready to make your own vision board.
You will need to have a poster board and many magazines. You can choose your magazines depending on what you want to focus on. You’ll also need glue to paste your pictures on the board.
Step 3: Cut out the pictures that call at you.
To make your own vision board, start cutting out pictures from the magazines. You don’t have to justify everything on the spot. You can also cut out words that seem to jump at you from the page.
These pictures (or words) are meant to represent your desires, so there really is no wrong or right choice.
Step 4: Gather them all together for your vision board.
After cutting out the pictures, gather them all together. This is the time when you start editing. You’ll need to ask yourself which pictures fit your intention and which ones don’t.
Step 5: Make your own vision board.
Now that you have sorted through your pictures, glue them to your board. There is no one way of arranging them. It all depends on what you think is right.
For example, you could arrange them all according to category or create a story out of them. Personally, I don’t have a set pattern. I paste them one at a time, just following my intuition.
You don’t have to be a visionary to make your own vision board. That happens after the project is done. Anyone, even kids themselves, will have a lot of fun doing this activity. Vision boards help make you conscious of your desires; and in turn, make you even more determined to fulfill them.
